Extremely thankful they were able to come out within a couple hours of me calling on a Sunday morning and quickly cleared the clog in our basement sewer line. Very professional, answered all my questions and gave advice how to hopefully avoid this happening again. Unfortunately this is the second time we've had to use them (darn low flow toilets) but we will call no one else. Very satisfied. Support local business!

Sunday morning, washing clothes to pack to leave for a work trip Tuesday morning. Our basement backs up with some sewer water. Turns out to be just a clog. I just want to say rhought that we have worked with now 4 different plumbers in the area. Appleton drain and sewer, by far the best, straightforward, transparent, and thorough job. Their very good @ what they do & try their best to get to the bottom of whatever the problem may be. If they can't fix something for you, they usually know someone who can & will pass their number on to you! Great prices & they answer their phones as well, even on the weekends & holidays

Had an emergency flood with our sewer in the basement and they were to us within a few hours! Found the problem (a lodge piece of old piping) and fixed it in incredible timing. Kept relaying what he was doing and why. He and son were very friendly and super efficient! Cannot recommend enough!! 10/10 will call again for any plumbing issues :) LOVE supporting local <3
