Mike and his crew were amazing to work with! We were getting a weird smell coming from our HVAC ducts, and was told about Appleton Drain and Sewer and that the smell might be a sewer issue. I called Mike and he was very responsive and we were on his schedule ASPA! Mike crew were able to performed a smoke test to determine that was a leak in the in the sewer line. After discovering our basement drain backed-up overnight, we needed someone ASAP! We called Appleton Drain and Sewer, talked to Mike immediately, texted the issue and within a few hours Adam arrived to the rescue. Extremely thankful they were able to come out within a couple hours of me calling on a Sunday morning and quickly cleared the clog in our basement sewer line. Very professional, answered all my questions and gave advice how to hopefully avoid this happening again. Unfortunately this is the second time we've had to use them (darn low flow toilets) but we will call no one else. Very satisfied. Support local business!
