This place is 0 the manager favorites people and let's people have animals without the owners knowing, he drinks all week and does not do his own job and makes other people do it that lives on the property. The manager also believes lies from other people and favorites people that way. Just 2 mention the swat team had to be their already more then once from stuff the manager never looked out for. Tripp and associates should have their rental certificate revoked in the state of Wisconsin use to live there but there is mold in EVERY apartment in EVERY building and all their apartments in this state are just ABSOLUTELY disgusting they only care about getting their rent and Joan is very unprofessional and two faced especially when you are preparing to move out DO NOT RENT from any apartment complex in this state owned by these people
