Have been in these units serveal times. Live here for just under a year.. I'd rather go broke so paid 2 rents. They wanted $6,000 to break the lease early. How is this place fully housed? Do they not do background checks? Pets all over the place AND Marijuana is smoked regularly. The WORST part is, when I live there the oven didn't work and there was broken pieces that they never fixed AND BLACK MOLD IN THE STUCCO of the bathroom. Was tempted to call the health inspector to have them put out of business
If I could do no star, I would We lived there for a year " in a newly remodeled apartment." The rent was way too high for 1 bed, 1 bath. We were told no pets later on found they lied to us. Worst neighbors, ever they would be blasting music till 12 am or later. The apartment was unfinished no trim, so ants would come in the spring and be everywhere, They did not install a bathroom fan switch which we told them and they did nothing about, so we taped up the fan that way when are neighbor who was smoking illegal drugs the smel... read more
I stayed here for a year n left, they have roaches and want to keep raising the rent ❗️
