I scheduled an oil furnace maintenance appointment for today, Tuesday, July 29th, since it was the off-season. Yesterday evening I received a text message reminding me "Your appointment with Appleton Campbell is tomorrow ... between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM." Not ideal, but okay. Don't let the average rating fool you - the one poor rating was from someone who never received service from Appleton Campbell, just promotional mailings she did not want. I had a water main leak that required installing a new water main line from the meter into the utility closet in my house. The Appleton Campbell team did this big job quickly and exceptionally well. I am not a homeowner. I do not have an HVAC. Somehow, though, I ended up on Appleton Campbell's **** mailing list.I have contacted them *7* times to ask them to remove me from their mailing list. Each time, they assure me they will remove or have removed me from their list.And still, I go to my mailbox and find mail from them. I am writing this because I just got off the phone with them and told them I was reporting them to the BBB. Their mail represents harassment and I have had enough.

Appleton Campbell came out on the first hot weekend to fix my heat pump and worked me a great deal. I lost my significant other and am strapped. I appreciate their understanding. The part is on order and they will install asap.

I used this company to install my new gas stove, new water heater and new HVAC system. During the installation of my stove there seemed to be some miscommunication because the men were not aware that they would be installing it that day and they had some confusion on how to install it as well. Since then, the HVAC men came out every 3 months to check and inspect my HVAC system. Of course all for a price.
