Awesome shop! Great selection, super nice & knowledgeable folks, & great location! They educated me on all things important for selecting a bike & reassured me that should I have any questions or concerns they are happy to help after the sell! Whether you're new to cycling or a savvy rider this is a great shop!

Purchased a new used bike a few weeks ago. The staff was very knowledgeable and let me ride a few thier bikes. I found the right bike that was even the size for a short person like me. I puchased a few extra accesories and had them installed, the staff had my bike down quickly and had all ready when a friend of mine came to pick it up for me!!
What a great group!! Always available for assistance. Repairs and tune ups are completed quickly and accurate.

My family and I just moved to the Appleton area from Alberta. I have a awesome fat tire bike and I wanted to buy my wife and two children fat tires. I looked all over and only Appleton Bicycle Shop had kids fat tire bikes instock for a reasonable price. I stopped in on Friday and Nick was very helpful. I said I would stop back on Saturday with my wife and kids. Mason did an excellent job listening to my needs and concerns as I shopped for my "next level " bicycle. I pedaled it home yesterday afternoon and love my new Specialized bicycle. I have also bought accessories from them and have always been impressed with their selection. Last fall they did a great job servicing 2 bicycles for me that had been riden a lot through all kinds of weather. They looked and rode like brand new. Extremely happy with both their sales and service.
