Appleton Area Storage is great. I only intended to use them as an intermediary for a big move, but ended up staying with them for 2 years! The rates are reasonable, but what really kept me was the excellent condition of the units, as well as how easy it was to work with the owner. Regular scheduled cleaning/maintenance of the lot keeps the place looking really nice. High Def security cameras keep the place safe. 19 years with A AS. Owner is local and has high standards as a business owner. He keeps the premises updated (no waning gravel, no dirt) and very tidy. He is frequently on site and available. The location is convenient and easily accessible. Both indoor and out storage. Blacktop surrounds indoor and a good gravel base outdoor. Highly recommended
