My husband and I are extremely pleased with the care and service we receive at Appleseed Pediatrics. Starting with the friendly faces at the front desk to the dedicated doctors and nurses who care for our sons, we always feel cared for and heard. They respond in a timely manner to messages on the portal and do their best to get your child seen as quickly as possible. We would recommend Appleseed to any parents or caregivers looking for a pediatrician office!
I honestly can’t say enough good things about Appleseed and Dr Glasser. I have always been able to talk to a real person when calling, and I’ve always been able to get my children seen same or next day when they are not feeling well. Dr Glasser actually listens and has always been open to my ideas and requests as mom and because of this I’ve been able to get my son critical early interventions. My three children have been patients here for the past three years since our family moved to Connecticut, and I cannot say enough positive things about this practice. The front desk staff is always friendly, informative, and quick to answer calls. They consistently point us in the right direction and make every interaction easy and pleasant. Really loved the office at first. Tried to explain to them that I was in the process of a divorce and that my son is being raised on my sole income. Anyways, he had a 2-year visit scheduled for his vaccinations and we called ahead of time to let them know he was sick and needed to be looked at. My ex-husband and son took an uber to the office and was like 11 minutes late.
