Maintenance is great, he's a hardworking guy. But all the stereotypes you hear about low income housing are true. 90% of the people here are unfit for society. If you like smoking weed, Screaming at your infants and loud music.. this is your natural habitat. But if you're a normal person just trying to get help, this place is an absolute nightmare. It has really improved since I moved it in 2014. There has been an increased improvement for maintenance inside and out of building and grounds. Maintenance man stays busy getting things taken care of.
I've lived here for nine years, and this is the best apartment I've ever lived in. The grounds are well cared for, very few maintenance issues and they.are taken care of in a day or two. You can have pets ($200 deposit), service animals have no deposit required. There an is air conditioning unit in each apartment, which is very nice. The only issue I've had is that I had to move from a two to a one bedroom apartmentlast year. They had it scheduled mid-May. Lived here for three years. Nothing good to say. Constant maintenance issues not getting handled. Black mold in the complex. Broken showers creating constant moisture. A poor old lady moved out the same day as me. They hooked her AC up wrong and flooded the whole apartment. Ruined all her things with water and mold. I used to recommend apple ridge but after how they handled needing basic necessities as a tenant, yikes. Save your money.
