Maintenance is great, he's a hardworking guy. But all the stereotypes you hear about low income housing are true. 90% of the people here are unfit for society. It has really improved since I moved it in 2014. There has been an increased improvement for maintenance inside and out of building and grounds. Maintenance man stays busy getting things taken care of.
