They are a good and ethical company I have had several loans approved and got PPP funding after the second round of funding. They even helped with a forbearance on payment through the pandemic. The agent In charge of my account Sam Holt always does all she can to make the loans work, she is very transparent and diligent about getting back to me also. These one star reviews are absurd. There is no reason a company one star because you didn’t get funded ect.
Initially slow but came thru at the end.
Applied for a PPP/Sba loan over 3 weeks ago- as soon as the Cares Act was passed and applications could be submitted. Immediately satisfied all the needs for the loan. Was told I had to wait or 3-5 days and then another 10 days for funds. Waited ten days only to find out no more loans were going to be honored due to funds being absorbed. Was left out to dry by this company. Anyone thinking about using, PLEASE PLEASE use your local bank. They will get you funded in less than 1/2 the time. This business deceived hundreds of franchise owners to apply with them 30 days ago for SBA PPP funding. They had us sign the Docusign agreement weeks ago we thought the loans were submitted to SBA today they tell us to apply elsewhere. We are small businesses and now have to start all over after all SBA FUNDING is gone. This business only cares about lining it's own pockets and hasn't been truthful from the beginning. LOOK ELSEWHERE they don't 'deserve to get any of your business. They are not up front or straightforward.
