We had our first experience here yesterday with two visits, four family members and aside from feeling miserable, hence the visits, the experience couldn’t have been more favorable. The staff was beyond lovely and professional. When we circled back for the second visit, the parking lot was full and we almost didn’t get out of the car, expecting a long wait. Decided to stop by one day to see if they participated in my insurance, which they do. I had a terrible cold, and when I walked in there was no one there except staff. I took the opportunity to be seen by a doctor who was wonderful. The office was absolutely pristine and very up-to-date. Highly recommend them.
My poor baby had an ear infection hours before we were to leave for Disney. We went to Apple Med, were seen in minutes and were on our merry way with time to spare!! You guys are amazing with kids...and adults too!!
Our family made two visits here this month for unexpected pediatric issues (an after-hours monkey bars accident and a severe poison ivy reaction on a Sunday morning.) Both times we were seen very quickly, the doctors were great and we got the care we needed. While I hope we will not have a reason to return anytime soon, I am very happy to recommend AppleCare!
