This rating is for the office staff, specifically the front desk receptionist who answers the phone. I cannot physically rate the 2 doctors themselves, as I have not seen them. Over the weekend, I visited the urgent care with a severe toe injury. The NPN stated it was the worst she'd seen in the 15yrs she'd been an NPN.
