RecommendedI have lived here for years no problems when I call them they come and fix it they're having a rough time right now as everyone is that I have no problem with them
not maintained we've had a water leak somewhere in the foundation for 8years they was compositing our really high water and sewer bills for cheaper rent then out of nowhere they raised the rent 150$and told us we had to pay all the utilities our self's but the jokes gonna be on them power company sent out an inspecter who said our meter was spinning like crazy and we didn't have any water on they said we were using 7 to 9 thousand gallons a month
