Very disappointed in this store lately, coffee shop lavazza opening lot later the before opened at half 5 before and was great to get a coffee before work now not opening till half 6 the que does be out the door as not enough staff all staff look miserable last few weeks has something changed the staff are not as friendly or as bubbley look like they dont want to be there might start using airport energy up the road
I am a regular customer and have been for years as the store is my local convenience store. Lately I have noticed a big change in the place usually staff are jolly but now they all seem very down. Essential things I used to purchase are no longer available such as dog food. Queues are always very long in all depts when I visit and there seems to be a lack of staff. I am led to believe this is all due to new management.
