I have only visited this clinic on two occasions for my daughter. Both times were extremely lacking competency and communication between the front office, the nurse and myself. Most recently I contacted them to get a copy of a sports physical (on Monday) - did not receive the fax so I called Tuesday and was told that I would be contacted by 1pm on Tuesday which did not happen so I called again (3x's). My understanding is that Applegate Med. was sold to Eugene Urgent Care on Jan. 1, 2017. But you wouldn't know so from the bundles of out-of-date info. on we sites.
I Felt a friendly welcome from the staff everytime i walked through their doors. A place where i felt i could be open and honest about myself. With my needs in both mental and health issues. While staying friendly they were always professional. Especially Trina Viner, PA-C. Id have to be honest and say she has been the best on going doctor ive ever had before and will be sad to see her leave and have me find a replacement for her. I trust her opinion on who i should seek out to be my new health provider. Thank you.
