We have been using Applegate for 7 years. They put in a furnace, humidifier, and dehumidifier. The humidifier has never worked properly. We have had about 18% humidity all winter despite many service calls. The dehumidifier that was installed 7 years ago has now broken beyond repair and needs replacing. It took two service technicians to figure it out. We will not be going back to Applegate.
