I love Applegate Service Department but today the Advisor Kyle has me second guessing going there. He is a arrogant and rude man. I made an Appointment for Vehicle to get looked at and was waiting. I have always been under the impression a appointment and waiter means something. I understand if something was really wrong with vehicle it would need to be left but the way Kyle talks to people is unexpectable. Great Service!!!!
Don’t not buy a car from this place they did some fraudulent business and lied on the paperwork said my girlfriend works at my company for the past 4 years and I’ve only worked there for 6 months. Car was supposed to be in my name and they won’t let us switch it over, just unprofessional in my opinion. We could have went to any other dealership now we have to contact a lawyer.
