Hailey was awesome, she listened to what I wanted and WAS NOT PUSHY. I would give the dealership 5 stars but, I have only had my vehicle 1 day and I already had to have them reset my check engine light do to a fluke, but it is back on now. So, day two of new car we drive back again.
Derek helped me out of my old car into a new truck and I couldn't be happier! He did the work for me and got me the lowest prices and the best offers. I am very grateful. I felt very comfortable doing business with them and they even had dogs 🐕 If your looking to get into something new or just looking for options, this is the place to go 👍
It used to be that the service department knew their customers and what specifically their needs were, but that is no longer the case at Applegate. I brought my car in specifically for a Fuel Trim Rich issue P0172. The trim values were clearly indicating that the calibrations were unable to take enough fuel trim out based upon the calibration tables and I had a rear passenger side door actuator that was no longer working. Do not get tires or service from here. Paid for the extra insurance coverage for all my tires, had a blowout 5 months later and they said it was not covered. Fine please just replace the tire and I will grab it later and put it on myself. Waited for an updated or phone call, went to pick it up same day and there balancer is broken and I have to wait for next day to pick the tire up. How is that not communication to the customer. Also ask them to call me and they kept call my wife. If only there was a 0 star review.
