We purchased a brand new 2022 Chevy spark from this dealership and brought it in for a service inspection and to diagnose a unusual steering noise. We were told it would cost over $300 to do this with no loaner vehicle available. This is the experience I would expect for a vehicle not under warranty or purchased through that car dealership. We contacted Sims Chevrolet in Clio, Michigan and they're more than happy to inspect the vehicle and diagnose it with a provided loaner vehicle at no cost. Our experience here was flawless and thats because our sales consultant Charles Shipp was awesome! Mr. Shipp listened, communicated as a professional and most of all did not attempt to sell us something we didn't want nor attempt to give us a bunch of boring rhetoric that we didn't want to hear. We told him our plan and he joined in as a team member to get my daughter exactly what she wanted in a timely manner. Sadly they do not honor extended warranties which was purchased when I got the truck in 2023 brand new.
