Absolutely do not purchase a vehicle here. Very shady business practices! They will tell you want you want to hear but change everything once you sign the paper work. Also Chris in used car sales lied about what he told me to his boss, as well as Rick the finance guy. I’d rate then a 0 if I could. If i could give this dealership 0 stars i would. They would do anything to get you to buy their cars even if it means lying to your face promising theres nothing wrong with the car and it’s been checked. But not even a week later finding out theres thousands worth of repairs. To make matters worse they will talk you into a warranty with the promise of everything being covered. Yet, its not. Then you call the dealership with your complaints and they tell you that YOU have to pay out of pocket and they will not cover it. Oh no... read more
My son in law purchased a vehicle with an extended warranty that he was told “covers everything”. 1 week after the deal was finalized, was told that the $3,000 in needed repairs were not covered. Poor business practice and poor leadership initiative in satisfying the customer. Buyer beware.
