The hubby and I just purchased a beautiful truck from Tim Shipp up at Shea Chevrolet and it was a very smooth, and satisfying experience. He worked very well with us and our budget and got us out of there with a new truck! We are so happy!!!!
Service department has plummeted since Ed Merlin left. Making an appointment is pointless because they don’t abide by it. Nearly 2 hours to complete an oil change on a 2026 Acadia is pure comical. Going to Al Serra for all future repairs.
Apparently emailing through their website does nothing. No response, nothing. Wasn't able to call in today which is why I sent an email form through the website inquiring about a car crickets.
