NIGHTMARES!! Let's talk about the water billing system. It's outrageous residents are charged a minimum of $70, regardless if they use one drop or not. This policy feels corrupt. Last four water bills were over $100 each. I live alone. There are constant leaks throughout the complex, resulting in non-stop visits from plumbers. Just look at the stains on the hallway carpets.
