The management team at this location during this date, don’t respect the fact people pay for the application. After they asked for more documents, they stop replying, they also didn’t pick up the phone during the entire morning. This is not the way business is done, hopefully a corporate agent would see this and call them out also if you planning to apply for this apartment you already know they type of people you are about to deal with, irresponsible.

This place is a joke. I asked for over a year to get my carpets replaced it never happened. I brought in the health department over black mold in mildew in my son's room and under the carpet nothing was done about it and upper management could careless. So when I decided to move my family early we cleaned the whole apartment and made sure everything was as it should be and a month later they smack me with a 6,676 dollar bill for carpet wall paper that was never fixed and doors that had be broken by the previous guy they hire... read more

Thanks to Jonita and Brian for quickly responding to my small kitchen leak. Brian came first thing the morning after I reported the problem. He got the problem fixed and made sure I had no issues before cleaning up and leaving. I appreciate Brian and Jonita being so friendly, helpful and prompt. Thank again

Fraud management, I have lived in the apartment for one year and then I have given them a notice that I will me leaving at the end of the lease. The management office did not have the form for fill and so they told me they will put at my door once they have it. I have filled the form and cleaned the entire apartment and given the keys before the end of the month. Now they are charging me $ 1305.09 for not filling the form earlier.
