They are awful, the staff that is , especially the Valpo office.

Very professional ! Dar Applegarth was punctual and very thorough. Helped me when I was in a tough place. Big fan !
No complaints with the Doctor, OFFICE STAFF on the other hand is very short and rude, RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE STAFF!!! (Valparaiso office)
I have no comment as to the physician here. My comment is to the front office. I arrived for an appointment that I had set for a long time out. I called ahead and confirmed that the appointment was set correctly. When I arrived, the front desk refused to let me into the appointment unless I agreed to pay despite the fact that I had the insurance card and all of the insurance card information on my phone. Even when I agreed to pay they refused to tell me the cost. They were unprofessional and they wasted my time for no reason... read more
