There are realtors. Then there is Val Sheldon. I would start with something simple: if you can get Val to represent you, just do it. She is the most diligent and capable broker I have encountered, and I have worked with many. Val marketed our New Hampshire family home in 2024. We recently purchased a home that was listed by Appledore and it was a really great experience. They are very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to support their out of town clients by making sure everything was in order for our occupancy date. Val even showed with a sawz-all to remove and haul away a book shelve that was left behind. If you are looking for this level of service you will not be disappointed with them!
