I moved here from Texas for grad school and lived here for a year. I had nothing short than the best living experience I have ever had during my college years. My apartments A/C never failed and worked great, my neighbors were respectful and friendly, and I felt SAFE. Maintenance was very prompt and fixed my problems effortlessly. Staff is accommodating and helpful. Overall, a truly remarkable living experience. I will miss this place!
They fixed what I submitted and saw that the cabinet in the kitchen wouldn't completely close, so they fixed that too! That's going above and beyond.
The gentleman that came and did my maintenance was amazing! He explained everything he did to me and he came back to make sure what he did worked!
When I moved there were a massive amount of Rolly pollys in the whole apartment. Summertime they overtake everything. My apartment flooded a total of 4-5 times in two years, 2 due to extreme cold weather the rest not. Horrible plumbing. After I put in my notice to move I put in a ticket because of a leak in my ceiling from upstairs, they refused to do anything because it had dried, even tho the ceiling and walls were all bubbled and discolored.
