I have never been here without having to wait an hour or more for a scheduled appt. Receptionist says as she rolls her eyes, and becomes very defensive, it’s not her fault what goes on after she checks you in! This after we have waited over an hour! Maybe the hospital was the better choice after all! Time to brain storm ways to create better service. 😢
