Receptionist was rude. Literally rolled her eyes and shook her head at us when I’m standing right in front of her with my FULLY FUNCTIONING EYEBALLS. Then had the audacity to say “I’m sorry!” when we walked out. I’M sorry you have a bad attitude.
Do not waste your time or money doing business here. I will NEVER be back. The receptionist “Cheryl” has a nasty attitude and has no idea what the DOT policy is. I took a driver up there to have a drug screening due to being in a wreck and when I went up to the desk after waiting an hour was told if he went to the bathroom (or drank water) before going back the test would be invalid. Work comp injury with laceration and is told "can't help you we're closed"..and this was prior to your posted 7:30 close time...with severe visual blood flow from wound. Thankful St. Joseph's/Candler Urgent Care handled it efficiently and put my son at ease. We will be making sure his employer knows that their listed facility for injury dropped the ball.
Hope it’s not a life or death situation where you need test results back quickly. they dgaf over a week and I still haven’t received my test results and i know someone who went a day before me and revived theirs 3 days later.
Attempted to have my child seen for stitches. When she saw my insurance card she said “you are going to have to call this number and let me know when you get someone on the phone, because it will take about an hour. When you get someone let me talk to them”. I’ve never been told to do this, very snippy, sarcastic and unprofessional.

These people are crooks beware! My daughter and her girlfriend on two different occasions went for after hour care and they coded the invoice as if they were there for a regular Dr visit. The Dr is not on her list of approved doctors so she had to pay way more for their mistake. The insurance company requested them to redo the bill codes. They wouldnt do it. Wonder how many people they have done this to!
