Work comp injury with laceration and is told "can't help you we're closed"..and this was prior to your posted 7:30 close time...with severe visual blood flow from wound. Thankful St. Joseph's/Candler Urgent Care handled it efficiently and put my son at ease. We will be making sure his employer knows that their listed facility for injury dropped the ball.
These people are crooks beware! My daughter and her girlfriend on two different occasions went for after hour care and they coded the invoice as if they were there for a regular Dr visit. The Dr is not on her list of approved doctors so she had to pay way more for their mistake. The insurance company requested them to redo the bill codes. They wouldnt do it. Wonder how many people they have done this to!
