The staff was kind and courteous I was there for a Covid test the rapid response test, I never had symptoms and had been exposed 4 days earlier my test was done and was positive, I still had no symptoms 5 days later I had another test don at the CVS minute clinic got results 3 days later they are negative .I WAS NOT comfortable with the process that Applecare did you dont know if they did it properly they take the swabs then go in another room with your swab who knows what they do with your sample for all I know they put ... read more

I have never been here without having to wait an hour or more for a scheduled appt. Receptionist says as she rolls her eyes, and becomes very defensive, it’s not her fault what goes on after she checks you in! This after we have waited over an hour! Maybe the hospital was the better choice after all! Time to brain storm ways to create better service. 😢
