Convenient location. Efficient and professional greeting. staff. Excellent exam and clear explanation of findings.. Report was easy to interpret and comprehensive. Highly recommended
The doctor and nurses were very friendly. When you go to the doctor when you're not feeling well, it's good to encounter smiling kind people. The only negative thing I have to say is that one of the receptionists there is rude! She never smiles and was not kind. I arrived at 6:50 in tears with a horrible UTI. She told me I couldn't be seen until the next day. But not in a kind way! I came back the next day with an appointment. A different receptionist was there and greeted me with a smile. Great staff, good understanding of your concerns
I am very disappointed with my experience at Peachtree Immediate Care - Brunswick. I arrived on time when the clinic opened at 10:00 AM and completed my registration. I was asked to return at 12:15 PM, and after returning and completing the nurse’s assessment, I still waited until nearly 2:00 PM without seeing the doctor. In total, I spent almost four hours waiting. When I asked about the reason for the delay, I did not receive a clear explanation or any meaningful update.
