2 different appts. Waited 45 min to an hour past appt time each time. Last appt afternoon of August 26. During 1st appt treatment was professional, efficient, and caring. Awful experience 2nd appt. While the female PA was professional and caring, the male staff member was dismissive and rude and expressed incredulity about my concerns. Fast, In and Out. Very friendly staff each visit. I love them 😍
I sat in the waiting room for two hours. My appointment was at 9:42. Then on top of that, the power went out. They also called people to the back that got here after me, multiple times.
Fast and great service. I like how you can schedule and appointment online and be seen within a timely manner. Very friendly front desk staff and the NP was friendly and knowledgeable. They scheduled an appointment for me with a specialist saving me time from having to search for one. My family and I continue going to all my urgent care needs.
