I’m giving Appleby Total Health 4 stars overall. If I were rating only the chiropractor Dr. Jennifer O’Shea and the receptionist, it would easily be a shining 5 stars. Dr. O’Shea is excellent—professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her patients. The receptionist was also incredibly kind and helpful. When she saw how upset I was about the situation, she genuinely tried her best to find a way to keep me as a customer, which I really appreciated. Had a massage with Sarah and it was horrible. I went in smiling and left disappointed. Asked me as usual which areas to focus on but she was very cold with me, massage was so so light like spreading oil on my skin then I asked for more pressure, she did (kind of) but her moves weren’t homogenized, moving from to a spot to another never focused on the issue. I don't know why massage therapist bother to ask you what area needs attention then during the actual massage don't even attend to the area. Mentioned 3 times that my lower back was causing discomfort but the entire time it was spent on shoulders. Therapist was described as being well trained on deep tissue, not the case.
What an amazing team! My husband was barely able to walk this morning. One phone call to Candace and she got him in to see Dr Jenn ( chiropractor ) within 3 hours. Dr Jenn worked her magic and he’s so much better! He’s looking forward to follow-up appointments.
Kevin has been a God sent to me in helping with my jaw. In just two weeks, he's been able to eliminate so much pain that I was in. He's very knowledgeable and professional and I highly recommend him!
