I was referred through Appleby by my doctor Daniel Waltho to Vanessa, the surgical coordinator, in order to obtain an accurate medical note. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite clearly explaining my situation, she failed to properly listen and issued an incomplete and incorrect document — for which I was charged.
