Not impressed with the service I receive at this pharmacy. Prescriptions are never ready for pickup, even if I call an hour in advance I have to wait 15 minutes when I get there and I’ve had to wait an hour and a half before. There’s never any apology for the wait, very unprofessional customer service. Will be changing pharmacies.

All of the staff are professional and take the time with their customers. There is no other pharmacy I would even recommend. As a healthcare professional i understand the importance of helping people in their lives. Great job 😀
Pharmacists are professional and detail oriented. They are also very personable !! Dhruv has assisted me several times on phone and in person. He knows who I am, he knows my typical monthly maintenance meds and he provides personal assistance specific to my needs. Others at Appleby pharmacy are equally as helpful. I trust them and enjoy being a customer at this business.
