I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the treatment and service I have received at your clinic. I visited your clinic three times for the same dental issue. During two separate visits, Dr. Peter Yune performed root canal treatments, and it has now been more than four months. Unfortunately, I am still experiencing continuous pain from the same side, and it is very difficult for me to eat properly. I am always pleased with the competency, professionalism and friendliness of all of the staff when I use their services. I have recently been treated by Dr. Han who I find very competent. I feel I am always in good hands. I highly recommend Appleby Dental Care.
The clinic arranged immediate appointment on my sudden toothache. Dr. Yune fixed my pain just in 1and 1/2hour after my phone call. Thanks Doc. This was not the first time during the last 23 yrs as his patient.
I would like to share my experience following a tooth extraction at this clinic. After my extraction, I continued to experience significant pain and contacted the clinic. Because the pain was not improving, I scheduled a follow-up visit. However, on the day of the appointment, I received a phone call from the clinic and was advised that the pain could still be part of the normal healing process and that I should continue taking medication and monitor my symptoms, so the visit did not take place.
