Very happy to find a safe and beautiful area to live for my husband's tour here in PA. Definitely will recommend to the next Marine family coming in.
Worst experience I’ve ever had at a rental property we applied in July and still haven’t received our holding fee back. The property manager agreed to give us a call back with details on when the return was processed and still haven’t heard back. The staff says one thing and does another. Horrible experience don’t move here! There are better properties with more integrity and respect for others.

RecommendedGreat place to live! The houses are beautiful and affordable. Staff is friendly, helpful, professional, and trustworthy. The neighbors are nice. Great neighborhood for families. Every single time I’ve had a maintenance issue in the house someone was here first thing in the morning to take care of it in a professional and timely fashion. RecommendedHave lived here for over a year and have never had a problem. office personnel friendly and helpful. Maintenance crew fast and efficient. However the Fitness Room could use some help. The televisions above the treadmills are hanging too high you have to look up while running and the door to the sauna does not close tight.
RecommendedWe lived at The Fairways for several years. Management and maintenance were responsive and friendly. Service requests were resolved same day for almost everything we needed. Our townhome was very spacious and the location was very convenient. We made use of the pool, gym, and the event room and our kids enjoyed the playground space too.
Best landlords ever. We were so sad to move out! They were always helpful if we needed anything and very responsive about anything that needed to be fixed. Really reasonable rent, good quality things in the apartments, and an amazing community feel. I would recommend Fairways to anyone looking for a great place to call home--we moved out over a month ago and still miss it.
