I guess their Legacy of unethical practices continues into 2023. This company nor the agent Gary Weglarz returns phone calls or emails in a timely fashion. They are only interest in a few dollars more in their pockets. I hope this company and the agents go down. I had a full offer and waited for 5 days to hear back, in the meantime losing the opportunity to purchase 2 more homes. This is a very disreputable corporation.
