AppleBerry’s service is disorganized. I had to follow up multiple times just to find out the status of my MacBook repair. They didn’t seem to have any record of my device when I went to pick it up, and I had to wait around for over 30 minutes while they "found" it.
The technicians here clearly lack expertise. They told me my MacBook needed a new motherboard, but another repair shop fixed it by simply replacing a cable. Total scam!
My experience here was a disaster. They claimed to use original parts, but after repairing my iPhone, the screen turned out to be a cheap knockoff. Now the touch sensitivity is awful!
