Greeted by a kind host, and then everything went to crap. Our server named James has no emotion, so slow, doesn't seem to know what he's doing. The table next to us got their food, and he didn't go back to check on them for at least 15 minutes and the guys steak wasn't cooked to med rare, it was rare as heck then they had to wait even longer for that and he came out said "have they brought that back to you yet" dude you're the server you should know when your food has been ran. Waiter forgot our food and was rude responding to the fact that he placed our order wrong. When asked to speak to a manager he also was rude. Not coming back to this establishment.
Upon arrival we were greeted by Aaron, what a pleasure he is every time. But boy did the rest of the night go down hill fast, the server (James) was not the most comfortable and nervous server and possibly should try for another career. While ordering our food we stated no cilantro and low and behold what came on them. Then when/ while we waited to place or order for dinner, I had to call over the server to then have him tell me that the kitchen was closed, with not a hint of time or that they closed.
