I haven't been to Applebee's in a while, and I've never been to this one (Hooksett). I had the Southwest Chicken Bowl and it was delicious. The restaurant was clean. All the staff I encountered were fantastic. The service was quick. I'd recommend this restaurant to family and friends.
Food is franchise food. Tasted okay. Ordered pomegranate lemonade and it came in a large glass. Excellent! Service was slow. Server was friendly and apologized for the slow service. Our waitress HEDI was THE BEST she truly was very patient and very understanding. She ROCKS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE and she definitely loves what she does. HEDI also takes pride in what she does and that TAKING VERY GOOD CARE OF US....We definitely will be back and Hope shes our waitress when we return.
Heidi is awesome! She is very patient and attentive. She also ran most of the night shift by herself and still checked on our table multiple times.
I love all of their food, especially the whiskey, burger! It’s my favorite!!
