Food is franchise food. Tasted okay. Ordered pomegranate lemonade and it came in a large glass. Excellent! Service was slow. Server was friendly and apologized for the slow service. The food was horrible from the side salad to the brownie skillet. I took 2 bites of my burger then didn’t touch it.. it was literally a frozen patty cooked with some microwave bacon on it. Ordered brownie skillet because how could you mess that up lol it was hard and mediocre to say the least. Waitress was nice but was busy so not as attentive as I feel quality should be. Overall staff was nice food was gross. Won’t be back.
Had dinner late on Tuesday, the 23rd. We were looking for a quick bite but nothing too upscale. The food was good and, as expected for Applebee’s, comfortable; not overly fancy. The restaurant was clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas. The service was great. The host, who was also our server, was pleasant and helpful. Her kind demeanor was enough to turn a not-so-fancy dinner out into a memorable experience.
