I like applebees, i always have the burger, so good. Fast service , good food
Servers did their best, but Applebee's has lost their way, or at least this outlet has. I was with my dad and stepmom for the former's 81st birthday. Decent 🍔 and 🍟. Great onion rings.
Service? What's that? Last two times in, stood 10+ minutes watching employees do lots of walking between back parts of restaurant, no acknowledgment. Waited on food forever, got cold mediocre food brought to me. This place used to be a restaurant, but now it's a joke. I shred this sentiment with a few older couples experiencing the same gross neglect as I was in their front waiting area, when the restaurant was near empty of customers with PLENTY of staff wondering around. Sad sad sad.
Edit: we found out this location was closing so we decided to give them one more visit. The food was simply amazing and Lara gave the best service and had a great attitude. Sorry to hear they're closing but I truly look forward to seeing these people at a new location soon! Previous review: had a slight snafu with the timing of our meal but they took extra steps before we even said anything about it. Great service, great management and a fantastic meal!
