Just came here to say the last 2 times we came to this location we had Kysim as our server. He is the absolute best & went above and beyond for us!! 4 stars is because of the food but he deserves more than 5 stars!
Use to be the best restuarant around a few years ago. Went there for lunch and no one came over as 3 lady servers chatted away right across from us as we waited for anyone to greet us . The hostess didn’t care at all about my displeasure. I’ve been going to that Applebees for years . Think I’ll find somewhere else to go from now on
Not sure what they call service here. I got a pretty efficient hostess, so that was a plus. Now for the server/waitor? Her name is Naomi.. never had a server more useless in my life. Watched her walked by a good 6+ times, never checked on my table, but sent some guy out to serve our food, yet was able to serve two other tables, check their drinks multiples, seen if they needed anything, EVEN STARTED CLEANING UP THE SPACE RIGHT NEXT TO MY TABLE, etc and they didn’t have to call her.
