Sat at the bar for 12 minutes and no bartender in sight, no one acknowledged me. Now at Applebees in Portland.
We both tried the new Blackened chicken and andouille sausage penne as well as my significant other got the Tipsy Leprechaun cocktail. He enjoyed both but myself less so. I personally would have picked differently given the chance again and likely won’t have the penne again. It wasn’t bad, just not quite for me. The Cajun Alfredo was just overly Cajun spiced for my pallet and I’m not a fan of so many peppers as it had but the andouille sausage was a standout.
The service was good, the food OK, got right in, not too busy, the reason for the 3 stars …….the waitress had gum in her mouth, chewing on it like a horse, half IN her mouth / half OUT of her mouth, AND IT WAS GROSS ……………!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
