Everytime there's a wait more then 25 mins the manager has been told about this and it has happened more then once the staff dont greet they dont acknowledge that im there for a pickup I have to wait and it doesn't seem to be even taken to the employees because the same problem occurs EVERYTIME. I am a very DISSATISFIED customer and I will be reporting this to the higher up people above the manager and other staff members at thus branch. Service was so slow I left.
