Great
They need a manager that knows how to run the restaurant. They messed up on everything and things were not right. We all felt like the minorities and ignored for a long time. Food was terrible. Server hardly showed up and when she did nothing was right. She even screwed up on the payment. Tables were dirty the floors were dirty. No toilet paper in the men’s or woman’s bathrooms. Other friends that were recently there had the same issues. Won’t go back to this Applebees!!
Purchased a Togo order, was given the wrong item called back they said they would write my name down and remake it. When I called to get my order remade they refused.
Bartenders work alternating nights but they're both EASILY DISTRACTED and in no hurry. Overall, this place is short staffed. Management problems are obvious. Food is always good, 4/5 consistently. Its never too crowded but always half full or more. It aint bad for the money. I go there often.
