We have been visiting Applebee's more often lately as my husband enjoys the 6 oz sirloin lunch so much. Today's sirloin was a thick chunk of meat, barely warm. Sent it back as the meal obviously had sat on the line awaiting pickup since the server told us our food got mixed up with another order. The 2nd steak came out--another fat chunk of meat with a layer of fat all around it. Once that was removed, there was very little meat left & even that was full of gristle. The last two times we ate at Applebee's in prattville the food was cold, hard as though it was precooked. Nothing was good. Service was terrible. Couldn't get drink refills. It wasn't hardly any customers in there. Poor management and employees who could care less. Wouldn't recommend eating there Waste of money and time.
The service was extremely slow but the food was great.
