Joes one of the best waiters you can ever be blessed enough to get, super on point, friendly &’ an all around awesome guy
Don't waste your time or money. If I could give no stars I would. Took over an hr to get our food. 3 tiny dried up tenders on a plate. At least the fries were good. Asked for another order took 30 minutes to get it. The wait staff was horrible can't remember what kind of drink or food we ordered. Ask for more chicken tenders 30 minutes later brings back shrimp. We just gave up paid and went home and made a sandwich. It's ridiculous to leave a place hungry. Won't be stopping here again
Hadn’t been to an Applebees in sometime and had seen a promo online so decided to stop for late lunch. Figured could catch the UFL game on ABC and try the promo. This location cannot pick up any ABC channel. Sat at the bar which turned out to be a huge mistake! The bartender was deep into a conversation with a couple who appeared to be regulars. I swear this Applebee’s is better than the rest. At least the Wednesday crew which is when me and my girlfriend go. Food is always good, service is amazing, Joe is fantastic! When I go to other Applebee’s it’s just not the same.
The waitress was not very good. Forgot things and it took a half hour before we got our soup and apps. I know not her fault. I've never had a problem at this Utica location and will be trying it again. Hopefully, it'll be a better experience!
