Today I came into this Applebees hoping for a quick meal and to get right back on the road to continue with my travel but it took us more than 5 minutes to get seated, already a bad start. I’m not too upset because I don’t mind but I saw tons of empty seats and the lady seating us wiped of multiple different tables that we went sitting at as the line piled up. I asked the bartender, what bourbons they had? She told me they only had southern comfort. Which is a liqueur.
Celeste is quite literally the worst manager i have ever seen interact with servers. i will not come to a location with disrespectful management. Celeste should be fired for the way she treats employees.
