I remember going to Applebee's as a kid and always loving it. I was out with a few of my kids and decided to give it a try for the first time in 15 plus years The service was amazing! The table kiosk meant to eliminate jobs, promote micro transactions, and overall reduce the atmosphere was atrocious. I mean, it's Applebee's. The vibes and food are very much reflectant of their fiduciary responsibilities. This is a prime example of what happens when the investors matter more then the customers. Vivian at the bar is such great company! Always a pleasure to dine in, and the rest of the staff is super friendly and they always want to make sure we have everything we need. It always makes their day when we use the devices to order our brownie bites. The managers make a point to come through and quality check with the guests, and they're so friendly too! Hi Matt. A great place to spend time in Salem.
Vivian is an excellent bartender. Always sociable and happy to chat and help with anything you might need. Matt the manager is always there to watch the floor and make sure everything goes well. Overall the team is great and a pleasure to interact with. The food is always great. Five out of five stars!
