A very pleasant dinning experience, service was prompt and Koa was our waitress so amazing !!!
this evening I took my kids to eat at Applebees, we had been sitting at our table for some time when I finally decided to ask this nice lady if she knew who would be our server, she took our drink order and said she would figure it out. She came back to inform me that the hostess had seated us in an area that hadn’t been opened yet and asked if we would be alright with her being our server for the night. Arrived a little before 8pm to celebrate our two kids getting academic letters at VHS and me being honored by 5 of my students as their influential educator. Ordered drinks and two apps and our main courses. Took a bit for our apps and at 930 our food had still not come. When I asked someone to get our server they said they did but she never came. The manager came out and I told her we just wanted to pay for our apps and drinks and leave. Her instant response was "perfect" walked away changed our ticket and brought it to us.... read more
