I have been dining here for 20 plus years. Usually the service is a little slow with high turnover but the price and food out ways the poor service. Today was the absolute worst service in 20 years. With only 9 tables used and at least 6 employees they were making people wait at the door, wait for service, wait to order, and even chasing down the employees to pay to get out. First the temperature was off. Felt like the AC was either off or underperforming. I'm still waiting for our meals for over 30 minutes already. Food order was placed with our drinks. The modelo beer ordered taste off. Food just arrived and it was warm not hot. Place is not packed at all. Maybe a 1/3 capacity on Saturday afternoon. Something definitely need to change here as far as operation.
