I mean I don’t know what I expected but it was not this. When we first arrived we were seated and greeted just fine. But as we waited for our food our drink ran dry with no attention, while we listened to other customers complain about waiting 45 for their meals. When our food arrived it was cold. After last night I am never coming again. Each time it just gets worse. Get there takes about 35 minutes for 3 drinks. Few minutes our apps comes out. Trying to ask our waiter Caleb about the time it's already been in hour of waiting and he only has visited us once. Never once I'd my friend who order a alcoholic beverage! Thank God she's 22! A friend and I were in OKC for a roofing convention. We wanted to get lunch on our way back home in McKinney TX. Applebees both very familiar to us both. Was right on the way. This Applebees shows signs of neglect. At 1:30PM there was two waitstaff members. Both of them sitting in a booth in the bar area and very engulfed in their cell phone.
