Food and service was, as always, perfection! Ladies Room was, however, pretty awful. Very clear to me that serving food to clients is way more important than regular checks of the restrooms. All that being said, we will definitely be back!!
Ordered food thr previous day and was told upon pick up that everything was included. Arrive home and portions are missing, so I call and arrange a pick up the next day. We discussed the time, order and who I contact. It was only 2 beverages and it took 45 minutes to receive them, after being told ... Oh yeah we're working on it ... Oh yeah just need to bag it. And that was after waiting 10 to receive acknowledgement. Note to self, order somewhere else. Not bad service but understaffed.
35 minutes to get 1st round of drinks Food was cold Absolutely terrible and will not return
This is the worst Applebees around. I have been here 3x and each time was a bad experience. Each time I either had bad service which caused me to leave or I never got seated. Each of these times I waited at front counter and none came to greet me or seat me. I guess they didn’t want my money. It’s always people walking around and not addressing customers.
