Yup... its a franchise.
Came to pick up an order for dashing and a couple were sitting waiting to place an order to go.Tje original hostess went off to do other duties and a new hostess came through and not once checked on them as they held the menu in their hands patiently waiting as the 1st hostess said the 2nd would come to take their order. The 2nd hostess has intentionally not looked up or made eye contact with anyone waiting up front. To me I believe Applebee's is totally underrated as a steakhouse restaurant. It has just about if not every kind of food item you want from a restaurant from steaks,pasta and chicken to burgers and seafood on top of the fact that they have good selection of beers, cocktails and wine to drink.
So I live in Kingman, Arizona. We don't have an Applebee's. However, anytime I am going through Las Vegas to see my dad. We like to go to the Applebee's. They're on nellis. The service has always been wonderful. Never once have I had anything to complain about really about anything in all honesty. Service is great. Food is wonderful. It's clean. It's just a very inviting atmosphere.
