No one was there food was great reasonable price
Our visit was unfortunately very disappointing. We waited several minutes just to be seated despite the restaurant being mostly empty. The host seemed unfocused and there was no sense of urgency from staff. We were seated in a cramped corner booth that didn’t fit our group. Service was extremely slow. Drinks took a while to arrive and then the food took over an hour, even though we only ordered appetizers. My family and I came here at around 10:30 one evening and we received very sub par service. First we waited 20 minutes before a waiter even asked us for drinks. Oh and by the way it was only us and one other group there. We then made our order and we waited over an hour before we even got our food. And on top of that we waited even longer because they messed up our order. Very bad service overall and you can be sure that the higher ups at Applebee’s will be hearing about this.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I came in for late-night apps expecting a quick, easy bite since the restaurant was practically empty, but it turned into one of the most frustrating, poorly managed dining experiences I've ever had. It took over an hour just to get our food, and somehow, our dessert actually came out before our appetizers.
