Went for lunch and was wanting a sit down meal and 1 1/2 hours. Ordered a ribeye steak and asked for medium and when I got my meal its was purple in the center of the meat, sent it back and came back over like boot leather. They asked me if I wanted something else reluctantly I ordered the ribs 45 minutes later I received my meal. By then I had lost my appetite I paid full price and will not eat again there. Management was all about excuses and nothing more than order something else for or sales.
Omg Ambre Is the best bartender ever. She’s not afraid to give you a little alcohol with your drink. Lol Recommended great drinks to order and told us which ones we probably wouldn’t like based on what we wanted. Becca the manager Is amazing as well my burger was not cooked correctly, and she personally went back in the kitchen and remade my burger for me! 10/10 experience. Took the family out, wyatt & lex were super friendly with great recommendations. Gloria was an amazing serve and becka checked in couple times just to make sure everything was going well. Got the platter - steak - burger sitting in cheese. Great applebees experience!
Jeremy and Kevin are terrific!! They took care of my friend and I, providing excellent service with a smile. I admire anyone who takes pride in their business and strives to exceed customer expectations!
