Showed up to this Applebee's in a fragile emotional state after striking out at the Pop Mart vending machine at Arrowhead (no Labubus). I was down in the dumps. But then I remembered: margaritas exist. And so does the Applebee’s right across the street. So i sauntered right in, ordered a meal and some margs to patch the hole in my soul, and my server Elias? Came in one night craving some Wonton Tacos and was seated in a very timely manner. I ordered Wonton Tacos and Mac and Cheese with Chicken tenders for the night, the food came out in a great time and tasted great! Our server Elias really did great job addressing our concerns and needs, would love to have him as a server next time. Definitely the best Applebee's in the valley for me!
I got the Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp, food was alright, nothing to write home about but right about what I would expect from Applebee's. Our server, Elias, though made our night out a great experience and we will return and ask for him again. If you get Elias for your server you'll be in great hands!
Elias was super attentive and gave me and my wife great service, he was really funny. He made our night :)
Host sat us down and waited about 40 minutes to get asked what we wanted to drink. Took an hour for food to come out. And some were cool temperature. My alcohol beverage was not good and had to re make it 3 times. Never checked on us :/
