I had sworn off this restaurant in the past because of crappy food and crappy service. In a moment of forgetfulness, I decided to come back because it was later in the evening, and there weren't many other dining options available to pick from. Just see the complaint sent into corporate. Oh and avoid, even if it's your last option. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding a truly horrendous experience at your Schenectady Applebee's location yesterday evening, July 18, 2025. The issues we encountered were largely due to the inattentiveness of an employee named Joshua and the apparent carelessness of the manager on duty.
